[Announce] Begging for money

This is my occasional appeal for money.

We aren't actually broke, but we are close to it.  Marcus Evans, our quartermaster, tells me we need about $400 to buy a year's worth of grocery bags.  Every month we spend $575 with the Regional Food Bank for the best food deal I can imagine. Phone runs $35 and some change.  We aren't extravagant, but the more resources we have, the more we can do.  Our phone message says we don't have funds for utility bills and doctor visits, but we do a bit of that anyway if we a bit extra.  In spite of our message, many of the people who leave messages or that we talk to personally tell us about the other problems in their lives with rent, utilities, doctor/vet/pharmacy bills.
