I am speaking on Friday April 11th at the Sustainable Food Day at Northwest State Community College in Archbold, Ohio. Also on the bill of fare speaking for the day are Bill Heffernon (University of Missouri Center for Rural Sociology) and Gene Logsdon (Farmer and Author). My topic will be "One of My Usual Subjects" -- organizing local food coops. The full program is below my sig. AFAIK, non-students are welcome. Archbold is close to Toledo and is, I am told, surrounded by corn and bean fields.
