I am very thankful for all of the clarification. I 
was not really fond of the petition as was written 
. I rarely am  very fond of these type petitions, 
because rarely does it speak of " Our Complicity 
and Our need for repentance of our complicity as 
American Christians and Catholics alike. That is 
something so down right obvious to me, but very 
illusive to so many others here in Omaha. So few 
people speak of their complicit silence  and 
responsibility. Most other want to put 
responsibility solely on Congress, Bush, Cheney, 
The Catholic Hierarchy ( bishops and priests)and 
every military person that walks this earth.  They 
do share the responsibility before God.  All of my 
speaking out against the Iraq War does not at all 
resolve me of my complicity and need for 
repentance. Nor does it make me better than others 
in the sight of God.
 I am very proud to affiliate myself with other CW 
people and other friends who think alike on this 
issue,, as I struggle with my own complicity and 
seek repentance and forgiveness.
August 6- ( the anniversary dates for Hiroshima 
and Nagasaki are coming soon. Most Catholic and 
Christians will not prayer for their American 
repentance and complicity on August 5th this 
Sunday at church. Of course we Americans are not 
responsible for any of it?
 Oh the myths that we believe and the lies.
