Oklahoma City has been locked down with an ice storm since yesterday, and I am catching up on projects. I finished revising something I've been working on off and on for a while.

It's mostly common sense, but sometimes it helps to have a compilation of common sense handy when the power goes out because of a winter emergency or a utility shut-off.

Please pray for the homeless and those who must go out on missions of mercy, repair, and rescue during weather like this.
